Bond servicers wrapped up a 2016 commercial mortgage-backed bond deal backed by a loan on a portfolio of 123 Toys R Us or Babies R Us this past week. Investors in the bottom of the stack of those bonds took a $105.8 million loss, according to S&P Global.
