South East commercial property investor Thomas Lawrence & Sons has leased another 4,900 square feet of offices at Albion, Fishponds Road in the Berkshire town of Wokingham to Lifetime Legal, meaning the tenant has now taken all of the 17,850-square-foot building within seven months of a refurbishment completing.
