The 34-story 5 Bryant Park office building overlooking historic Bryant Park now rests squarely with Savanna Capital Partners. The New York City-based developer spent $640 million, or about $937 per square foot, to acquire the 682,988-square-foot office building from a subsidiary of The Blackstone Group LP.
