Slowing construction and steady demand are affording some apartment owners in Nashville, Tennessee, a luxury they have not known for a while: renting their units without offering concessions. The number of apartments offering rent concessions has generally decreased over the past several months, allowing the market to start tightening its high vacancy rate.
