Cincinnati has become a powerhouse in the industrial sector in Ohio, delivering more than 16 million square feet of industrial space since 2010, close to half of which came online over the past two years. The Queen City has the second-largest inventory of industrial properties in Ohio, behind only Cleveland, and holds the same spot for properties under construction. As of mid-May, just over 4 million square feet is under construction in the metro, and the I-75 North, Cincinnati International Airport and Tri-County submarkets contain the majority of this activity.
