Alternatives abound to Southern California megawarehouse destroyed by fire

Last week, a massive warehouse spanning 1.18 million square feet in Ontario, California, was heavily damaged by arson. Developed by Newport Beach-based Real Estate Development Associates, the property had been leased to Kimberly-Clark since its completion in 2020. The paper products manufacturer operates out of at least 20 facilities as large worldwide, including seven in the continental U.S., primarily on the East Coast, with the nearest in Ogden, Utah.
