A partnership between Kennedy Wilson and the Haseko Corporation, a Japanese construction company, has purchased a pair of multifamily properties in Vancouver, Washington. The purchase comes as California-based Kennedy Wilson pushes to expand its presence in the Pacific Northwest and Haseko resumes doing business within the mainland United States.
