JMF Properties has won final site plan approval from municipal officials to go ahead with its planned redevelopment of Colgate-Palmolive Co.'s former industrial campus on East Hanover Avenue, a 64-acre site that straddles Morris Township and Morristown, NJ, the real estate firm said this week.
