One of the Puget Sound's most active investors in industrial real estate has paid $50 million for a package of properties in a part of south Seattle where the Link light rail line veers north on to Martin Luther King Jr. Way South and speeds through a mile-long corridor of scrapyards, truck terminals, asphalt and barbed wire before arriving at the Rainier Beach Station.
