Asli Kutlucan

Appointed CEO, Europe, at Adina Hotels Europe, part of Australia’s TFE Hotels. For almost all of the past 13 years, Kutlucan has been at Cycas Hospitality, her last role there being senior partner of development and acquisition.

Pär Christiansen

Appointed chief financial officer at Scandic Hotels Group. He previously had the same role at Euroflorist and starts his new role on March 1.

Trish Luyckx

Promoted to chief design and project services officer at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Based in Amsterdam, Luyckx has been at the firm since 2015.

Soo Jeong Lee

Promoted to global vice president of design at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.

Demi Turner

Appointed director of sustainability at United Kingdom hotel firm Travelodge. Turner is a new addition to the hotel industry.

Greg Hegarty

Promoted to deputy CEO at Amsterdam-based hotel firm PPHE Hotel Group, which has a £2 billion portfolio across two of its own brands, Park Plaza and Art’otel. Since 2020, Hegarty has been deputy CEO and chief operating officer.

Jennifer Paylor

Appointed group director of revenue management at white-label management firm RBH Hospitality Management. She previously had roles at Hamilton Hotel Partners and Michels & Taylor, among others.

Alex Dallocchio

Hired as general manager of the 100-room Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel, Costa Smeralda on the Italian island of Sardinia. The hotel will open in May.

Sébastien Carre

Joins Saudi Arabian giga-project Red Sea Global as its new head of hospitality. He arrives from a post at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where he was regional vice president overseeing hotels in Abu Dhabi, Azerbaijan, Seychelles, South Africa and Tanzania.

Martin Greenslade

Appointed group chief financial officer at Red Sea Global. The project has opened its first hotels and plans a total of 79, with approximately 11,000 rooms.

Olivia Immesi

Promoted to CEO of hotel firm Native Places. Based in London, Immesi has been at the firm since February 2021 as managing director and has had previous general manager roles at London hotels Ace Hotel and The Curtain Hotel, now the Mondrian Shoreditch London.

Paul Bayliss

Appointed general manager at the 119-room Harbour Hotel Southampton, part of British Harbour Hotels, on the southern Hampshire coast of England. Most recently, he was general manager at Manchester’s Hotel Brooklyn.
