Refrigerated warehouse giant Americold Realty Trust has followed up its first rail-linked hub in Kansas City. Missouri, by opening a 190,000-square-foot cold storage facility directly on the waterfront at Port Saint John in New Brunswick, providing a place for ships to unload cargo directly into the building.
