Artisan outlines vision for Bristol’s Historic Quarter hotel-led mixed-use scheme

Artisan Real Estate Investors and Bristol Architects Alec French have submitted joint redevelopment proposals for Natwest Court, Broad Street in Bristol’s Historic Quarter.

Plans remain at an early stage. The joint venture partners have proposed a mixed-use redevelopment at the 140,000 sq ft scheme. It will include the Art Nouveau building formerly known as Everards Printing Works, which is planned to become the grand entrance of a new hotel and commercial and residential space in adjacent buildings.
