Hughes Capital Management has said "au revoir" to one of the more unique apartment communities in its portfolio, following news the investment management firm out of Austin, TX, sold the Chateaux Dijon in Uptown Houston to Tampa, FL-based multifamily owner-operator, Avesta Homes. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
