C&R signs Luton council for 52,000 sq ft HQ at The Mall Luton

The council has taken a 10-year lease for four of five available floors located above the shopping centre. As part of the deal, Capital & Regional will invest over £5m in a full refurbishment of the offices, which includes a new reception area directly accessed from the shopping centre.
