Kranz Inc., a division of Imperial Dade, a New Jersey-based distributor of food service packaging, facilities maintenance supplies and equipment, has sold a 172,872-square-foot manufacturing facility in Racine, Wisconsin, to Gallo Manufacturing Co. for $2.85 million, or about $17 per square foot.
