Demand for Prime Logistics Space Continues to Rise in First Quarter – Gerald Eve

Take-up of prime logistics space totalled 15.8 million square feet in the first quarter of 2022, 9% above the five-year average, but 36% down on the all-time record in the fourth quarter of 2021, according to research from real estate adviser Gerald Eve.
