Aviva continues Manchester office push with Kier forward funding

Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva, has reached agreement to forward fund the development of Eleven York Street in Manchester after buying the freehold interest in the circa £50m GDV scheme from Kier Property, the development arm of Kier Group.
