Supermarket giant ASDA, Ashbourne Beech Property and RER London, with Chinese backing, have revived contentious plans for a major development at the Isle of Dogs in east London, upping the ante to create a 2m sq ft mixed-use scheme including a supermarket, homes and commercial.
