Lincoln Property Co. is adding to its Los Angeles leadership team alongside a push to expand its property management business across Southern California.
The firm has named Nicole Audette managing director of Los Angeles property management, with responsibility for managing and growing Lincoln’s portfolio in the county, which spans 36 million square feet across 325 commercial buildings. She is based in the firm's El Segundo, California, office.
The hire is "a reflection of the momentum driving Lincoln's growth across Southern California," said a statement from Rob Kane, Lincoln Property Co. senior executive vice president of the Southern California region.
The company is growing its property management business at a fast pace. In May, the firm acquired Brea, California-based Unire Real Estate Group and became Southern California's largest property manager with 110 million square feet spanning 700 buildings.
Audette served as senior vice president of asset services at Transwestern for 20 years, where she oversaw more than 6 million square feet of commercial real estate in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Her experience includes leadership positions with Kearny Real Estate Co., JLL and North America Building Management.
"From tenant relations and financials to building operations and construction, I was eager to learn every aspect of the business and fortunate to have mentors who shaped my understanding of the industry," Audette, who serves as treasurer and secretary on the board of directors for industry trade group BOMA Greater Los Angeles, wrote in a LinkedIn post.
Lincoln, based in Dallas, has developed projects totaling 150 million square feet across the U.S. and manages some 560 million additional square feet on behalf of institutional investors, making it one of the largest third-party property managers in the country.
