Oaktree Buys Rio West Business Park for $63.4 Million

A joint venture between The Wolff Company, a Scottsdale-based real estate equity firm, and Leavitt Capital Companies sold a five-building, 296,663-square-foot office campus in Tempe to Los Angeles-based Oaktree Capital Management. Rio West Business Park sold for $63.35 million, or about $214 per square foot.
