Upper East Side Building Attracts Two Luxury Clothing Retailers

In a sign of recovery for the traditional luxury retail corridor of Madison Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, upscale women’s fashion label Veronica Beard has expanded its space at the building that also houses tenants including the Gagosian art gallery. The property also attracted online women’s apparel brand Tanya Taylor to open its first independent physical location.
