Adam Hasen joined Prologis, the world’s largest industrial property owner, as a vice president overseeing a 14 million-square-foot regional operating portfolio with 42 logistics facilities across greater Toronto and nearby Hamilton. He’s also overseeing a land bank with the potential for 6.5 million square feet of development.
Hasen, who will oversee the San Francisco-based firm's Toronto office, has nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience and expertise across leasing, asset management and portfolio strategy. He is responsible for maximizing portfolio performance and will work in partnership with the firm’s capital deployment and development teams. Prior to Prologis, Hasen served as vice president of leasing at GWL Realty Advisors, where he oversaw all leasing activities for an 11 million-square-foot industrial and retail portfolio.
Kidder Mathews added real estate investment veteran Jon Busse to the firm’s office in Carlsbad, California. He specializes in high-credit, single-tenant net-leased investment properties nationwide and has represented investors, developers and institutional property owners in over $1 billion of deals across various asset classes. Joining from Colliers, Busse brings more than 40 years of experience to his new role.
Ryan Granito has joined Concord Summit Capital as the firm’s new managing director at its Los Angeles office. The Southern California native will be responsible for originating, structuring and executing commercial real estate debt and equity financing transactions, CSC said. Granito brings more than two decades of development and financing experience to the role. He joins from Colliers and has held development and finance positions at Fundrise, Bolour Associates, Lennar and the San Diego Housing Commission.
Jason Spencer joined Monday Properties as a vice president of development at the real estate investment firm’s Rosslyn, Virginia, office. He will lead the full development process across the firm’s portfolio, overseeing aspects that include underwriting and financing through entitlements, design, construction and marketing, as well as leasing, according to the firm. He brings 20 years of experience to the role, joining from Union Station Redevelopment Co.
Chicago-based Bradford Allen added Nick Placek as executive vice president of development. In his new role, he will lead the firm’s multifamily, office, hospitality and mixed-use development and redevelopment projects from acquisition through completion. He has managed over $2 billion in development and brings more than 30 years of experience to the job, with leadership roles held at JLL, Baker Tilly and his own firm, Epic Real Estate Consulting.
Logan Blue joined Haven Housing, a wholly owned subsidiary of BH Properties, as the firm’s new director of operations. She will help drive operational performance and manage the build-out of the Haven Housing management team. Based in Austin, Texas, she joins after spending 13 years managing multiple departments at RPM Living.
Neal Gerber Eisenberg added Tal Izraeli as a partner at the Chicago-based law firm’s Real Estate practice group. He joins from Levenfeld Pearlstein and brings over two decades of experience advising commercial real estate professionals on matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, joint ventures and distressed assets.
