The rise in industrial space availability in Los Angeles slowed to just 10 basis points in the first quarter of 2025 but reaccelerated in the second quarter, rising another 40 basis points to 8.4%. More than 80 million square feet of industrial building space is now available for lease in LA County, providing tenants with more space options than they have seen in well over a decade.
