Boston-based Rockpoint, a real estate private equity firm, and Realco Capital Partners, a Connecticut-based real estate investment company specializing in student housing, announced their acquisition of Summit Place, a five-story, 118-unit student housing complex built in 2020 at 530 Meeting St. near the College of Charleston campus in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
