The deals, which follow CMS’s consolidation into Cannon Place, EC4 in May 2017 in the wake of the law firms merging, include Lloyds Bank acquiring the former Nabarro offices at 125 London Wall, totalling 125,412 sq ft. The letting is on the basis of an assignment at a passing rent of £45 per sq ft on a lease to March 2025.
