First Panattoni/Exeter commit to largest North West industrial spec scheme for a decade

First Panattoni, the merger between Panattoni Europe and First Industrial which launched in September have tied up with Exeter Property Group to launch what is understood to be the largest speculative industrial development in the North West for a decade, the 375,000 sq ft 375 Logistics North in Bolton, CoStar News can reveal.
