Manse/Opus Land join forces with Rolls-Royce for 2m sq ft Ansty industrial scheme

Manse and Opus Land have joined forces with manufacturing giant Rolls-Royce to lead the regeneration of the surplus areas of its site at Ansty, near Coventry, proposing a 2m sq ft industrial scheme with a gross development value of in excess of £250m.
