850,000 Square Feet Set to Hit the Market after $300 Million Renovation

Olayan America and Chelsfield have selected CBRE to handle the leasing at 550 Madison Avenue, the former Sony Building in Midtown Manhattan. Totaling 850,000 square feet, the building will undergo a $300 million renovation to modernize and convert it to a multi-tenant office building for the first time in the building's history.
