A casual glance at MSCI data would suggest that office markets in London and the regions have been dancing to the same tune since the 2016 referendum. After a brief correction, followed by a gradual recovery, average capital values in the Central London and “Rest of UK” office segments, are almost exactly back where they were 41 months ago.
