Watkins Real Estate Group Completes Sale of 500-Unit Multifamily Complex in McDonough

Fairfield Residential, a San Diego-based multfiamily owner and developer that manages 47,000 apartments across the U.S., bought the 500-unit Trees of Avalon community in suburban Atlanta from Watkins Real Estate Group for $58.6 million, or approximately $117,000 per square foot.
