Security Properties Acquires 364-Unit Stoneridge Farms at the Hunt Club in Gallatin, Tennessee

Security Properties, a full service investment and management firm based in Seattle, purchased a 364-unit apartment complex in Gallatin, Tennessee, from Preferred Apartment Communities. Stoneridge Farms at the Hunt Club sold for $55 million, or about $151,000 per unit.
