Days after a Texas judge signed a court order granting a new debtor-in-possession lender — a limited liability company offering $12.5 million in financing — to help facilitate the bankruptcy of Tuesday Morning, the off-price home goods retailer offered even more details in a written statement, adding a new wrinkle in what has already been a complex bankruptcy process.
