With Amazon (NYSE: AMZN) now settled into its new Atlanta-area fulfillment center, Dallas-based commercial real estate investment and development firm Trammell Crow Co. and New York City-based investment manager Clarion Partners have started construction on Phase II of the venture's Jefferson Mill Industrial Park project in Northeast Atlanta.
