The State of Texas leased up 45,000 square feet of warehouse space at 910 Industrial Blvd in Sugar Land. The lease, set to begin on May 1st, is effective until April 30, 2001. Mid-National Investments, the owner, was represented by Mike Gornek and Larry Indermuehle of Indermuehle & Co.
