The Tolworth Tower, the landmark Richard Seifert-designed office block in Kingston-upon-Thames which has consent for a £300m mixed-use development, has been brought to market by the joint receivers.

Following their appointment as Joint Receivers of the site on 10th August 2017, Freddy Khalastchi and Simon Carvill-Biggs of Menzies, have asked Knight Frank to continue to assist with the sale of Tolworth Tower. Further details regarding the sale will be released to the market in the next month.
