Benson Elliot Capital Management, the UK-based private equity real estate fund manager, has sold 11 Brindleyplace, Birmingham to Blue Noble on behalf of Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners Fund III for £37.7m, in a deal revealed by CoStar News in December of last year.
