Stafford, a diversified private property development and asset management firm, which has provided land development, construction and property management services in Canada and the U.S. for over half a century, and residential development firm DBS Developments founded by David Bela Salomon, are jointly proposing to build a 48-storey rental tower in Toronto’s Yonge and Sheppard neighbourhood.
