EFI, a global printing technology firm also known as Electronics For Imaging, Inc., sold its two-level manufacturing facility at 12 Innovation Way in Londonderry, New Hampshire, to Burlington, Massachusetts-based real estate firm RJ Kelly Co. for $39.7 million, or approximately $165.42 per square foot.
