A parade of shops including a large-scale Primark, an Ann Summers, Greggs, Tesco and TUI on Nottingham's prime retail thoroughfare has come to market for £25m or a 5.26% net initial yield in a key test, as lockdown restrictions ease, of investor appetite for prime city centre retail anchored by one of the UK's most successful fashion brands.
