InvenTrust Properties Corp., an Illinois-based pure-play retail company that focuses on open-air shopping centers, landed a significant investment in suburban Austin with the purchase of The Parke in Cedar Park, TX from Endeavor Real Estate Group for $112.25 million, or approximately $321 per square foot.
