Danescroft submits plans for mixed-use scheme in Bow

Danescroft Land, backed by the Palmer Land Opportunity Trust, has submitted plans for a major residential-led redevelopment in Bromley-by-Bow, east London, paving the way for almost 500 rental homes.

The pair acquired Clockhouse and Access House on Imperial Street, in 2014 for £13m. The two adjoining sites span 2.4 acres site and house a derelict office building and a colleciton of industrial sheds.
