Chesapeake Real Estate Group (CREG) will undertake a massive warehouse/distribution development initiative in Anne Arundel County after the Baltimore-based real estate firm acquired a 259-acre site in Curtis Bay where it plans to develop a new one million-square-foot industrial park.
