One80 Place, a nonprofit organization that has grown to become one of the largest homeless service providers to individuals and families in South Carolina, has acquired a site in downtown Charleston and with its partners, The Michaels Organization, one of the largest private-sector owners of affordable housing, and New York-based developer Spandrel Development Partners, and commenced construction on new housing exclusively serving homeless individuals and families.
