Plans revisited for City's Bevis Marks House

Fairplay Estates has submitted revised proposals for its 240,000 sq ft redevelopment of Bevis Marks House to City of London planners after constraints with the ownership of part of the site prevented the consented scheme from being built.

A previous planning application was submitted in July 2014 for the development of a new office building on a slightly larger site encompassing 19, 21-22 and 24 Bevis Marks, as well as 38-41 Houndsditch.
