Kaiser Transport, a company that specializes in hauling machine tools and equipment, has acquired a 90,000-square-foot industrial building in Janesville, Wisconsin, from Blain's Farm & Fleet for $6.75 million, or about $75 per square foot. The transaction was structured as an owner-user purchase.
