CREFC spearheads drive to standardise valuation and due diligence reliance letter

CREFC Europe, the trade body for commercial real estate finance, intends to publish a proposed pro forma reliance letter for valuation and technical due diligence reports, drawn up in consultation with its members and with RICS, that aims to improve market efficiencies. This document will be kept under review after release in response to feedback or changing market requirements.
