Belfast office market predicts stronger second half of 2017

Interest in Belfast’s office market has remained strong throughout the first half of 2017 despite a decline in take-up, with advisory firm CBRE predicting a number of transactions to complete before the end of the year.

Just 14 office transactions totalling 165,472 sq ft took place in Belfast in the first half of the year, down 19% on the same period last year, according to CBRE’s latest Belfast Office Marketview report.
