DMJ Capital Partners and StoneSteps Real Estate have jointly acquired the Mammoth Professional Building, a two-story multitenant office property at 169 Saxony Road in Encinitas, California, for $13.5 million, or about $335.24 per square foot, closing out more than two decades of single-family ownership.
