The Queens Innovation Center, a newly completed six-story educational complex at 53-16 Northern Blvd. in Woodside, is officially open following a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by New York city and state officials. Developed by the New York City School Construction Authority, the $178 million facility is now the largest school ever built by the agency, designed to accommodate 3,066 students across four high schools.
