UBS-PREMF takes loans to 100% of equity

UBS Asset Management’s Real Estate & Private Markets’s UBS Participating Real Estate Mortgage Fund has completed three new loans and extended one existing loan in the first half of the year, representing financing of £48.7m, and taking the total equity committed by the fund to the full £241m raised following its final close in December 2015.
